Nefretin ve ümitsizliğin hâkim olduğu bir toplumda, agresyon ölçüsünü yitirirken polisimiz ifade vermek zorunda kaldığında davranışlarına bir şekilde mazeret bulmaya çalışıyor. Otoritesini korku ve kaba kuvvetle resmen empoze etmekte beis görmeyen günümüz devlet ve güvenlik kuvvetlerinin sinsi tavrı göz önüne alınırsa A.C.A.B.'nin dünyada ve Türkiye'de örnekleri bolca görülen polisi sempatik gösterme propagandası girişimlerinden mi, yoksa politik doğruluk konusunda bize ders verebilecek bir eser mi olduğunu bütün filmi görünce anlayacağız.
