Umbrella Şirketi'nin yol açtığı virüs felaketi Umbrella'nın gizli sığınaklarından Raccoon City'ye yayılmıştır. İkinci filmde alan genişliyor ve tüm şehir virüslü insanlarla doluyor. Kahramanımız Alice, Umbrella Şirketi tarafından yapılan deneyler sonucu insanüstü güçlerle donatılmıştır. Alice ile birlikte virüsten etkilenmeyen bir kısım insan da onunla birlikte mücadeleye girerler.
