İntikam peşinde koşan bir dedektifin önderliğinde, Los Angeles'taki gizli polislerden oluşan bir ekip, güçlü bir uyuşturucu çetesini içeriden çökertmeye çalışır. Yasanın dışında hareket ederek, sokakları temizlemek ve ailelerini mahveden kral iğnesinden intikam almak için her şeylerini ortaya koyarlar. Meksika'nın en güçlü uyuşturucu baronunun gerçek hikayesinden uyarlanan Cartel War, fazlasıyla gerçek bir şiddet dolu yeraltı dünyasına aksiyon dolu bir yolculuktur.

But the long days at the hospital and Hawthorne’s intense focus on helping others take a toll on her personal life.
