In this sequel of "We Are Not Angels", a highly successful Yugoslavian comedy, a former playboy must cope with his daughter's adolescence, as well as numerous boys that keep knocking at her doors. A worried father thinks she may get in type of troubles he used to cause when he was just the age of her wooers.

The film is conceived as a video game where every link in society, from the highest to the lowest has its role in creating the perfect vision of fraud, not knowing who cheats, and who is deceived.

Our heroes are high school students spending an unforgettable summer, full of adventures, on their way to a big rock festival. Producer Sava and director Žarko Babajić are filming an extreme sports commercial with Marija and Sindi. Mysterious “Zduhach” “refreshes” Uroš and Nenad with some local “kleka” juice. Stolen identity makes new rapper star G Spot Tornado angry, so things get even more complicated.

The backbone of the "Državni Posao (Government Job)" are satirical talks between the three actors, the comments are reminiscent of the "stand-up" form. These are short, witty comments and observations on daily life, circumstances, sociopolitical situation, sports, entertainment world, their personal opinions on various topics. The main idea is to present day in a non-existent government company and three employees of thinking about daily events in it, but also about life and society in general. Topics drawn from the daily and weekly press, for various blogs, websites, talk about movies, series, shows - radio and television. The idea is that actors humorously comment on current events, to laugh viewers and encourage them to think about them.

Milica Radenović - Mica, a beautiful and naturally intelligent girl from the countryside, comes to Belgrade and instead of being a seller of mammals, becomes a nanny in the home of the seventh generation of Belgrade architects - the Maksimović family, led by Konstantin, a hardened widower who, five years after the death of his wife Vesna, still fails to establish proper communication with his three children. While Mica, with her rural way of thinking, Sinsay clothes, directness and folk wisdom, brings a revolution to the rigid Maksimović family, she herself undergoes a transformation.
