In the improvised café “Radi Motka” in Dorćol, run and informally legalized by the resourceful Srboljub Dudić Srba, a diverse group of locals gathers: Žarko Zrenjanin, Vlada, Bane, Professor, Father Laza, Panja Panić, and Sloba. Encouraged by their initial success, SAČ members escalate their actions—from kidnapping Živaljević to hunting a dog poisoner—but the line between justice and lawlessness begins to blur. When they discover the poisoner is one of their own, the group falls apart and personal issues come to the surface. Forced to face the consequences of their actions, they manage to find a partial sense of peace, while “Radi Motka” survives as a symbol of their struggle and flawed attempts at justice.
