Annesi uyuşturucu bağımlısı olan küçük kız So-mi, eski bir mahkum (ve eski bir ajan) olan ve bir rehinci dükkanında yalnız yaşayan Tae-sik’in çevresinde dönüp durmakta, annesinden ve çevresinden göremediği ilgiyi ondan almaya çalışmaktadır. Annesi uyuşturucu çalınca mafya tarafından öldürülür. Kendisi de organ kaçakçısı mafya tarafından kaçırılınca Tae-sik mafya ile savaşmaya başlar. Onları takip ederken organ mafyasının elinde olan ameliyat edilmeyi bekleyen çocukları bulur ve So-mi'nin ölmüş olabileceğini düşünür.
