It featured vocal arrangements from the Final Fantasy series, including an acapella doo-wop medley, orchestral versions of the series' ballads, and a symphonic metal finale performed by the Black Mages. This DVD contains the entire concert.

Blu-ray release of the 100th commemorative performance of “Distant Worlds,” a full-orchestra concert tour of the FINAL FANTASY series, performed at the Tokyo International Forum. The Blu-ray is complete with songs such as “FINAL FANTASY IX: A Place to Call home – Melodies of Life,” “FINAL FANTASY XII: Kiss Me Good-Bye,” “FINAL FANTASY XIV: Torn From The Heavens,” “FINAL FANTASY Series: Battle Medley 2012”, which was thought to be impossible to perform live, and even “FINAL FANTASY VII: JENOVA COMPLETE,” which was performed for the first time during the encore. The video is available in multi-angles to switch between the elegant performances of the orchestra and game footages shown on screen during the concert.

Mannheim Steamroller's music is incredibly moving by itself, but add an enthusiastic live performance by some very animated musicians and an intense multimedia presentation and the result is even more powerful. This 56-minute Christmas concert features many favorite numbers from the album Christmas in the Aire, but "Joy to the World" perhaps best epitomizes that distinctive Mannheim Steamroller sound: powerful synthesized melodies and harmonies, an intense drive and pathos, and skillful ornamentation.

Diggin' In The Carts shines a spotlight on the composers who created a style of music that has had an immense impact on modern pop culture. From the personal studios of these legendary composers, to the concert halls of Japan where symphony orchestras are performing their compositions to sold-out crowds today - the series will document how the music of video games was created, what inspired it, and how it evolved into its own cultural phenomenon. Peppered with commentary from some of modern music’s finest DJ’s, musicians and electronic producers from around the world, the documentary also shows the influence these Japanese composers had on the world - and the world of music.
